Body2Last Babyfit

The B2L Babyfit programme has been going on since 2015, designed for women who want to stay fit during and after their pregnancy. In this programme, supervision is provided in order to promote women’s condition and vitality as much as possible during pregnancy. For women who after their pregnancy want to be fit and vital again and want to achieve the required cosmetic results, this is the ideal programme.

B2L Weight Management

B2L Weight Management

The B2L Weight Management programme has been made for everybody, men, women and children (9 and older). Intended to retain a good balance between age, height and weight, so that health and vitality are brought to an optimum state. In case of overweight or obesity a track will be followed that will be proposed during the intake interview by Body2Last, whereby every step towards progress will be closely monitored.
