The B2L Men program is the supervision option for every man of any age or exercise level whatsoever, and its goal is to live with greater awareness, and to create a balance between diet and exercise. This program involves personal supervision aimed at realising the personal objective, which will be geared to the man’s daily (busy) schedule and responsibilities. Body2Last guarantees that physically visible results will be achieved in functionality, fitness, strength and vitality, underlined by a masculine physique and a proper balance. Each package selected includes personal nutritional guidance.

B2L Weight Management
The B2L Weight Management programme has been made for everybody, men, women and children (9 and older). Intended to retain a good balance between age, height and weight, so that health and vitality are brought to an optimum state. In case of overweight or obesity a track will be followed that will be proposed during the intake interview by Body2Last, whereby every step towards progress will be closely monitored.
